Yves' understanding of yoga is based on 20 years of personal practice and study with senior Iyengar teachers Gabriella Giubilaro and Manouso Manos. He also traveled to India twice to further his studies with the Iyengar family at the RIMYI Institute in Pune. His background comes through in a methodical, dynamic and challenging teaching style. He inspires students to go beyond their perceived limits while remaining sensitive to individual needs and creating a safe and harmonious learning environment. Yves is a certified Iyengar instructor.
